  • Ensure printer is turned ON and connected via Ethernet cable.
  • Print a configuration sheet (hold Feed button on power on) to check IP.
  • Verify your PC and printer are on the same subnet (e.g. 192.168.3.x).
  • Use the Direct IP Diagnostic box above to test a specific IP directly.
